as an ex-cocaine user, i gotta say its a hard thing to just stop cold turnkey from coke. just as it is for any other drug or cigerettes. but u know wat helps me stop? my Conscience. every time i do it, yes i feel the high and feel like im on top of the world but then i think about what i had to take to get there and then i get bummed and seriously think about what i have to do to get that high. i have some talents…i can draw and play guitar, but after so much cocaine use i drifted away from both. i used to love to do both and i felt like i was on top of the world when i did both, mostly playing guitar. even though cocaine puts me more in the mood to play. i just cant ignore the feeling of wat it is that made me feel that way. with all that being said the way it helped me is going back to my roots really, going back to how i was before and how i felt much more happier drawing and playing guitar then feeling regretful everytime i did coke. and my advice to u is try to re-introduce him to the old things he did (that is if he gave them up) and just stuff that made him and u happy together as a couple. but thats it really dont know wat to say. besides good luck and i hope everything works out for the best for u and ur man.
